These services educate the participants on the varied challenges faced by young adults and formerly incarcerated individuals as they seek to obtain and maintain their independence.

Real World/Micro Society Simulations for youth and intellectually disabled individuals who are transitioning into independent living. These simulations provide them with scenarios that will impact their financial literacy, life, social, and decision-making skills.

Adult/Juvenile Re-Entry Simulations provide community partners and providers an indigenous view of the barriers faced by justice involved and formerly incarcerated individuals seeking to return to their community placement and/or re enter society after a period of incarceration.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS/SEMINARS

Have it Your Way: Teaching the Way They Learn highlights the benefits of a multiple intelligence infused curriculum on student achievement
I Count Too: Affirming Students Who Look, Love, Learn, and Live Differently links educators and others with resources needed to engage all students in the culture of the institution
All Together Now: Collaboration as an Instructional Tool maximizes the Professional Learning communities’ concept through structuring PLT/PLC sessions into student support convenings utilizing best practices administered by the members within the PLC. NTMLA (No Team Member Left Alone)
Performance Enhancement Tools: Equipping educators with several research-based data rich initiatives proven to positively impact student achievement.

YOUTH SERVICES
Options for Student Success (OSS) short term alternative placement utilizing structured day protocols, individualized services, and intensive supervision, to reduce incidences of maladaptive and disruptive behaviors
Koinonia Gentleman and Debutante Society prepares youth for post-secondary life through a variety of social, educational, experiential, practical, and community service opportunities. Participants receive first and last dollar funding to finance their post-secondary training and are formally presented during the Gentlemen and Debutante Ball.
CADET Academy a long-term alternative/LRE placement option for youth experiencing significant behavioral or social challenges which exceed the resources provided by the local school district
FIVE (First Impressions Vocational and Employability) Services support disabled individuals as they strive to gain employment and employability skills. Consumers are provided with assessments, job coaching, apprentice/internship opportunities, job placement assistance and other modalities as they strive to gain employment and vocational skills
Connected Career/Character Counseling Services: Guidance counseling for homeschoolers and charter/private schools focusing on age/grade appropriate career assessment, exploration, and development activities, social skills, character education, parent engagement, and post-secondary planning. Psychological testing and 504 case management services are also available through this service
