Doc Williams One is a consulting firm which provides business development, educational, transition, youth, and nonprofit management services for various institutions and agencies across the country. The firm specializes in assisting and supporting agencies which serve students and indigent, transient, adjudicated, disabled and hard-to-place youth and adults.
OUR MISSION & PURPOSE
We were founded in 2020 are positioned to become the leading human services provider and socio-entrepreneurial voice of this generation. Our goal is to link our business clients with the tools and resources needed to initiate, expand, and/or bolster the services they provide.
Additionally, through our internal programming, we seek to assist our clients become self-sufficient and navigate through the various agencies needed to help them maintain their independence.

MEET DR. MICHAEL T. WILLIAMS
Dr. Michael T Williams is the founder of our agency. He has over thirty years’ experience providing transitional, educational, administrative and supportive services for disenfranchised and underserved individuals. He began contracting with state and local governmental agencies in 1998. He has successfully procured thousands of dollars in funding and resources for himself and other agencies over the course of his career.
CREDENTIALS & EXPERIENCE
He is a licensed school counselor, licensed school administrator in North Carolina and Virginia and licensed Division Superintendent in North Carolina. He is an alumnus of Virginia State University, Norfolk State University, and Cambridge College where he earned a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in School Administration and Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership.
He has facilitated workshops for a variety of organizations across the country to include American Correctional Association, Correctional Education Association, Council for Exceptional Children, National Alliance of Black School Administrators, Alliance for Higher Education in Prisons, North Carolina School Administrators Association, National School Boards Association, Virginia Collaborations Conference, Coalition of State School Board Associations, and Council of Urban Boards of Education to name a few.
His workshops have focused on differentiated instructional strategies, student improvement, diversity and inclusion, and transition/re-entry strategies. His experience coupled with a competent team of professionals will yield optimal results for the clients we serve.
